Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully before booking. By proceeding, you agree to the following terms. Hair Purchase & Preparation • Hair for all services is purchased once your booking is made. • Hair details will be discussed via WhatsApp — I will personally reach out after your booking is confirmed. • You may choose to: • Transfer the full cost of the hair for me to order on your behalf, or • Order the hair yourself and have it delivered to my address, or ensure it reaches me no later than 24 hours before your appointment. • If hair is not received on time, your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled, and your deposit may be forfeited. Hair Condition & Blow-dry • All services include a professional blowdry to ensure optimal results. • This step is non-negotiable, as it protects your natural hair and supports long-term hair health. • Clients must arrive with hair freshly washed and thoroughly detangled, either the night before or the morning of the appointment. For best results, use a scalp scrub followed by a hydrating shampoo, then deep condition. • Hair must be free from oils, creams, leave-in products, or styling products. • If hair is not prepared correctly, your appointment may be rescheduled, and your deposit will be lost. Late Arrival Policy • Please arrive on time to allow your appointment to flow calmly and without rush. • A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. • Arrivals 15–30 minutes late may result in: • A shortened service, or • A £15 late fee • Arrivals over 1hr late may result in your appointment being cancelled, as it impacts the rest of the day’s schedule. • In the event of cancellation due to lateness, your deposit will not be refunded. Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows • Appointments may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. • Rescheduled appointments must take place within one month of the original booking date. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours of the appointment) will be charged the full cost of the service. • Deposits are non-refundable in these cases.
