Cancellation Policy

Halo by Nera – Booking Policies To ensure a calm, professional experience for every client, please read the following policies before confirming your appointment. By booking an appointment and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. ⸻ Deposits A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and other clients are declined for that time slot. Deposits also cover administrative time, preparation, and booking platform fees. Appointments are not secured until the deposit has been received. ⸻ Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date. Rescheduled appointments must take place within 30 days of the original booking. Appointments cancelled or changed within 48 hours will result in the loss of the deposit.
